May or may not be owned by a financial group / holding company whose vocation may or may not be focused on the production of advertising films;

Is not linked or associated in any way whatsoever, directly or indirectly, with an advertising / communication agency, a television broadcaster or a media group;

Holds an establishment in Quebec; 

Holds a resolution from the board of directors of its company confirming its application for membership in the association

Attend and vote at all general meetings. Only regular members have the right to vote (one vote per regular member).

Sitting on the Board of Directors.

Participate in working committees.

Access to all the association's tools, documents, standard contracts, etc., including the SYNC system of contracts and electronic timesheets with AQTIS.

Becomes a signatory to the collective agreements binding the association.

Must comply with the association's current rules, code of ethics, policies and regulations (as most recently updated).

Must pay the annual contribution as well as the quarterly contributions in proportion to the projects carried out during each quarter.

Production company active in the production of advertising films on a regular or occasional basis;

Is linked or associated with an advertising / communication agency, a broadcaster or a media group

Holds an establishment in Quebec.

Participate in working committees;

Attend organizational meetings;

May not be a member of the Board or attend general meetings, except to the extent provided by the provisions of the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act;

Access to all the association's tools, documents, standard contracts, etc., including the SYNC system of contracts and electronic timesheets with AQTIS.

Becomes a signatory to the collective agreements and agreements in effect binding the association and AQTIS and the association and the DGC.

Must comply with the association's rules, code of ethics, policies and regulations  in effect (as most recently updated).

Must pay the annual contribution as well as the quarterly contributions in proportion to the projects carried out during each quarter.

Production company active in the production of advertising films on a regular or occasional basis;

May be linked or associated with an advertising / communication agency, a broadcaster or a media group;

Is neither a regular nor a guest member;

Applies for a temporary permit for a specific project;

Access to the terms and conditions of the collective agreements in force between the association and AQTIS and the association and the DGC.

Please note: Permittee does not provide access to tools specific to permanent APP members such as the SYNC platform or the common quote.

Becomes bound for the duration of a given project by existing collective agreements binding the association and the AQTIS and the association and the DGC.

Must pay the required contribution for that specific project.

Person (incorporated or not) acting individually as executive producer or delegated producer.

Same as those of the guest members.

The APP directors may appoint each year as honorary members of the association one or more persons who have rendered service to the organisation, in particular through their work and significant contribution to the achievement of the organisation's objectives.

Same as those of the guest members.
